Registrations, file of PhD defenses and all current affairs (training modules, subvention to congress) are addressed to Jean-Marc Lancelin (1st Floor, Building G of CPE Lyon, gate G122). If necessary, submit the documents to be signed in the signature in the bins located in the corridor.
For PhD candidates registrating to University - Lyon 1, how to register and support are available at this link.
The registration file is to withdraw from the secretariat of Doctoral Studies of the the institution where you enroll (Lyon 1, ENS-Lyon or INSA Lyon). The file, completed by you should be also signed by the supervisor, the Laboratory Director and Director of the Graduate School.
An applicant for PhD registration must hold a French Master of Science diploma Master or a title that will be considered equivalent. This request must receive successive endorsement by the Supervisor of the candidate, the Director of the Graduate College, and the Scientific Council of the Institution concerned.
Doctoral students entering 1st year PhD that mandatory attach to their registration file theses the charter signed by all parties interested, and a justitficatif of sufficient resources for 3 years of the doctoral cycle.
There is no registration possible without proof of thesis funding.
